Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 22, 2026
Last Reviewed: July 22, 2026
ClickView Corporation (“ClickView,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect, how we use and disclose that information, and the choices and rights available to you. This Policy applies to information collected through ClickView’s public website, sales and marketing interactions, customer support communications, and other business operations. It does not apply to Protected Health Information (“PHI”) processed within the ClickView 7i Database and Reporting System as deployed and operated on a customer’s own premises, which is addressed separately below and governed by the Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) executed between ClickView and each customer.
1. Our Products Are Deployed On-Premises
ClickView develops and licenses the ClickView 7i Database and Reporting System (the “System”), structured reporting software used by hospitals, imaging centers, and other healthcare facilities (“Customers”). The System is installed and operated on infrastructure owned or controlled by each Customer at the Customer’s own facility (“on-premises”). ClickView does not host, store, or maintain custody of Customer patient data or PHI processed within the System in the ordinary course. Where ClickView personnel require access to a Customer’s on-premises System — for example, to provide technical support, installation assistance, or troubleshooting — that access occurs under the direction of the Customer, is subject to the terms of the applicable license and support agreement, and is governed by the BAA executed with that Customer where PHI may be involved. Questions regarding the privacy and security of PHI processed within a specific Customer’s deployment of the System should be directed to that Customer or to ClickView’s designated privacy contact identified in Section 9 below.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information directly from you:
- Contact and business information you provide, such as your name, job title, employer, email address, phone number, and mailing address, when you fill out a form on our website, request a product demonstration, contact our sales team, or attend an event we host or sponsor.
- Account and support information, such as the name and contact information of individuals authorized by a Customer to submit support requests, along with the content of support communications and related diagnostic information.
- Employment application information, such as your resume, cover letter, and related information, if you apply for a position with ClickView.
- Website usage information, collected automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring website, generally collected through cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 3.
We do not, through this website or these business interactions, intentionally collect Protected Health Information. PHI processed within a Customer’s on-premises deployment of the System is collected, controlled, and maintained by the Customer, not by ClickView, except to the limited extent ClickView personnel access such information while providing support services under a BAA.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our website, including through third-party analytics providers. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including by blocking or deleting cookies; however, doing so may affect the functionality of our website. We do not use cookies to track individuals across unrelated third-party websites for targeted advertising purposes.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries, provide requested information, and communicate about our products and services;
- Provide, maintain, and support the System for our Customers, including responding to support requests;
- Evaluate employment applications and communicate with candidates;
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and business operations;
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations; and
- Protect the security and integrity of our systems, our Customers, and our business.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share the personal information described above with:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, and customer relationship management, under contractual obligations to protect that information;
- Professional advisors, such as legal, accounting, and other consultants, where necessary to support our business operations;
- Regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ClickView, our Customers, or others; and
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
6. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For Customers, ClickView’s security commitments and PHI-related safeguards are further defined in the Master System License Agreement, applicable Support Services Exhibit, and the BAA executed with each Customer. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information collected through our website and business operations for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention of PHI processed within a Customer’s on-premises System is determined by the Customer in accordance with its own policies and applicable law, not by ClickView.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding the personal information we hold about you, which may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of certain uses of your information (for example, marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting us directly). To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 9 below. We will respond to verified requests consistent with applicable law. Individuals seeking to exercise rights regarding PHI processed within a Customer’s on-premises System should direct their request to that Customer.
