CLICKVIEW 9i Voice Activated Enterprise DXA Surveillance and Informatics

Efficient, end-to-end electronic workflow to meet modern productivity goals CLICKVIEW 9i Voice Activated Enterprise DXA (Dual Energy Absorptiometry) system and surveillance database simplifies reporting by replacing multi-page device reports with user-customized summary reports that accept natural speech recognition input. CLICKVIEW’s DXA end-to-end electronic workflow captures data and images from the DXA scanner and seamlessly integrates direct dictation into customized reports for a highly efficient reporting process. NO paper worksheets. NO multi-page device reports. The benefits of CLICKVIEW 9i’s end-to-end electronic workflow include:
  • NO excessive paper printouts from DXA devices
  • A customizable patient questionnaire that collects desired patient data (e.g., medical history, medications, etc.) to populate the report automatically
  • Custom electronic report templates that display only critical exam elements
  • Smart Surveillance Table that automatically highlights out-of-range data
  • Automated macros to speed report generation
  • Electronic multimedia to distribute the report to EMR, PACS, and RIS

Custom Integrated Multimedia Reports

Unlike a standard HL7 format report sent to the EMR, the CLICKVIEW 9i DXA report integrates key graphical images, charts, tables, and dictation directly into a single electronic multimedia PDF report for export to the EMR.

The CLICKVIEW DXA informatics system captures data and images from the DXA modality. It creates a Quality Assurance ROI template for review before plotting the BMD, T and Z, FRAX charts, and the Surveillance table.

The finalized report is automatically transmitted to the hospital EMR, PACs, and RIS systems.

DXA BMD Cross-Calibration

CLICKVIEW’s DXA Database supports system-wide calibration of scores and values to ensure uniform patient scan interpretation and enables system-wide patient scheduling for timelier patient appointments.

Site BMD and LSC Calibration

CLICKVEW 9i DXA supports ISCD-recommended BMD site cross-calibration and LSC site-specific values. Off-site DXA units and BMD may be cross-calibrated to a reference DXA device.

An average individual technologist’s LSCs do site-specific LSC calibration at the site.

For over 30 years, CLICKVIEW has been refining surveillance structured reporting to deliver essential Web application products. CLICKVIEW 9i’s scalable, tested products are used by enterprise-level health systems across North America, including Hawaii and Canada.
